Thalgo’s Exception Marine range, which launched in September 2018, has won Anti-Ageing Product Line of the Year at The Asia Spa Awards, held in Hong Kong on 15th November.
The 14th Asia Spa Awards ceremony took place in the W Hotel with a ‘Tokyo Blue’ theme. A panel of 20 professionals from the beauty, spa and wellness industry named the best market players in 26 categories.
Arnaud Diaz, Thalgo’s International Director, accepted the award, which highlights the excellence of Thalgo treatments and cosmetics for the sixth consecutive year.

The product house will be launching a new spa ritual – Joyaux Atlantique – in January, which combines the benefits of algae with marine lithotherapy, harnessing the invigorating powers of precious and semi-precious stones to rebalance the body’s energy, and African massage techniques that work to recharge the body and mind with positive energy.

Live Tetraselmis suecica micro-algae, found off the coast of the Northern Atlantic beaches, is cultivated in a nutritive bath enriched with gold obtained using a highly specific extraction process under extremely precise conditions.
The ritual uses ancestral African massage techniques as well as a Korean relaxation technique and combines a wrap, a scrub and a massage.
