Natural Spa Factory has expanded its team with several new recruits, put in place to help the brand offer stronger consultative and business support to partner spas, and to assist with the increased demand for innovative home-spa after care.
Emma O’Connor and Abi Howarth have joined the account management team. O’Connor will be based in Ireland, managing the company’s growing Irish business, while Howarth will be looking after partner spas in the Midlands and Wales.
In the next few months the company will see the addition of a further six new team members across design, marketing, new product development, logistics and account management.
The Natural Spa Factory’s co-founder, Emma Webber, says: “We’re really excited to be expanding – it’s cemented what we’ve believed since the brand’s conception: that growing mutual partnerships and treating Natural Spa Factory partners as the individual businesses that they are is a strengthening and growing movement. We’re excited to be implementing a greater infrastructure which will offer the incredible service levels to more partners, more often.”
Natural Spa Factory is an independently owned and operated product house based which creates natural, Free From, botanical and sustainable products, inspired by the rural surroundings and food loved by the founders.
