A new range of seaweed supplements, created by Voya’s sister company Sea Ór, will launch this February.
The Sea Ór concept was born in summer 2014. The supplements range contains a trademarked seaweed complex and uses the same hand-harvested seaweed from the west coast of Ireland that features in Voya’s products.
Sea Ór has been developed in conjunction with the world-renowned Nutrition Innovation Centre for Food and Health (NICHE) at Ulster University, Coleraine. Key ingredients include a unique seaweed-based formula called OrplexTM, which contains two specially selected types of seaweed, Laminaria Digitata (also known as Kelp) and Fucus Serratus.
Orplex contains Co-enzyme Q10, Vitamin C and Zinc, and is a source of iodine, which
contributes to normal thyroid function, cognitive function, energy yielding metabolism, and maintenance of normal skin.
Products in the range include the Detox & Cleaning supplement and the Hair, Skin & Nails supplement.
