 SpaPulse launches ‘Talent as a Service’

Spa recruitment website SpaPulse has launched a new staffing solution: Talent as a Service.

 

It is designed to bridge the gap between recruiters and job-board services, meaning spas can benefit from the site’s growing network of spa professionals, without paying high recruitment costs, and be sure that industry experts are working behind the scenes to fulfil their recruitment needs.

 

Since the launch of SpaPulse in July 2018, the team has been building traffic to the site and now has hundreds of job seekers listed, both in the UK and internationally.

 

CEO and founder Helena Field understands first-hand how challenging it is to spa fill vacancies. Lack of time, budget and resources often act as major contributors to this. “SpaPulse is starting to address some of the recruitment challenges the industry faces, but I knew more was needed,” she says. “The Talent as a Service team will utilise both technology and industry expertise to help drive quality applications to fill spa roles. This means that, perhaps most importantly, spa managers and director get their time back and focus on running the spa.”

 

Talent as a Service will be offered as a 12-month subscription. The package takes care of all recruitment needs across a spa for a year and will include unlimited job listings, targeted social media to maximise exposure of roles and access to the SpaPulse CV database.
