agua London is introducing an innovative new treatment menu utilising house-made herbal salves, butters and blended oils; drawing inspiration from British hedgerows and the wild plants and remedies that can be found within them.
The Hedgerow treatment menu will feature five of agua London’s signature treatments, reimagined using Hedgerow by agua products that have been created in-house using locally and sustainably sourced botanical ingredients - such as Rosehip (Rosa canina), St John’s Wort (Hypericum perforatum), Comfrey (Symphytum) and Marigold (Calendula officinalis).
A brand first, the Hedgerow by agua product line will feature five core products (balms, butters, salves and blended oils) created in-house to be used in all treatments on the new menu. The core products will have strong emphasis on Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) and Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) which have been found to improve circulation and antioxidant activity, whilst reducing anxiety and inflammation.
Director of Front of House & Wellness at agua London, Jacqueline Kneebone, comments; “We’re really excited to introduce Hedgerow by agua and create our own unique products to be used in this treatment menu as we strongly believe in the principle and the benefits we can offer to guests.”
She continues; “The whole menu and product line is inspired by ancient herb-lore and foraging, taking the wild plants and herbs that grow naturally in our British hedgerows and blending and cooking them to create sustainably sourced salves, butters and blended oils. They all have a wide range of benefits for the body and we support the concept of using local remedies for local maladies.”
