Luxury castle hotel opens following a meticulous 21-month restoration, renovation and expansion.
Sitting within the heart of the newly renovated Adare Manor in Country Limerick, Ireland, the new La Mer Spa is one of only 11 in the world that feature the iconic skin care brand, Crème de La Mer. It’s currently the only spa in the UK and Ireland to be affiliated with the brand.
The Spa at Adare Manor offers a bespoke treatment menu inspired by the sea to rejuvenate the mind, body and skin. It includes La Mer’s luxurious Miracle Broth Facial – an indulgent facial that incorporates Spa Broth, an exclusively pure form of La Mer’s Miracle Broth, to help re-energise, nurture and deeply hydrate.
There are five treatment rooms, a nail salon, a fitness centre and an 8m plunge pool surrounded by a relaxation area with sauna and showers. Natural light streams through the vaulted skylight and the floor-to-ceiling windows, with views over the River Maigue and golf course.
“This marks a new beginning for Adare Manor’s esteemed legacy,” says CEO Colm Hannon. “A labour of love from the very start, Adare Manor was created by its original owners to delight, astonish, and impress. We continue to hold ourselves accountable to that vision today.”
Spearheaded by acclaimed architects ReardonSmith, the transformation preserved the building’s architectural heritage while incorporating contemporary luxuries.
