Berkshire’s Donnington Valley Hotel and Spa has been awarded a silver trophy in the Spa and Wellbeing Experience of the Year category at the Beautiful South Awards 2019/20.
Judged by an independent panel of industry leaders, the Spa and Wellbeing Experience of the Year award recognises providers of truly immersive spa and wellbeing experiences.
Donnington Valley was praised for the all-round experience offered to visitors, with particular emphasis on its signature Aqua Sun treatment, which harnesses the restorative effects of sunshine to boost circulation, disperse toxins, nourish dry skin and ease the symptoms of seasonal affective disorder (SAD).
Tina Birtchnell, Spa and Health Club Manager at Donnington Valley Spa, says: “It feels fantastic to be recognised in the Beautiful South awards. We were Highly Commended in the same category last year, so to actually win this time around is amazing, and we’re absolutely thrilled!”
