Bath comes out on top

The city of Bath has been ranked as the most expensive spa region in Europe by HotSpring World.

 

New research by the company revealed Karlovy Vary in the Czech Republic as the most affordable spa region in Europe, where it costs just £76.32 for a massage, meal and accommodation. Budapest in Hungary follows in second place and Granada in Spain, places third.

 

Wiesbaden in Germany follows Bath as the second most expensive spa region in Europe. Bath is also the place offering the most expensive massage.

 

The cost of a massage, meal and one-night stay in cities across Europe was as follows:

  8. Prague, Czech Republic – £140.16
  9. Puglia, Italy – £141.19
  10. Wiesbaden, Germany – £142.38
  11. Tuscany, Italy – £155.73
