Renowned spa consultant Patrizia Bortolin has partnered with body work expert Stefano Battaglia to launch Glowing Flow, a new programming concept for wellness retreats.
Bortolin is an award-winning spa director who has developed some of the world’s most acclaimed spa projects over the past 15 years. Battaglia is an internationally renowned body work expert, who has an intense, spiritual approach to the body.
The pair have worked together at some of Europe’s leading wellness destinations including Borgo Egnazia in Italy and Euphoria Retreat in Greece. Together they have created the Glowing Flow concept, designed to promote health and happiness. It can be used at any hotel or destination spa and is being is billed by the pair as an inspiring mix of mindfulness, trauma healing and self-discovery.
The programme combines modern wellness and spa experiences with a ‘psycho-emotional’ approach, offering activities and sensory experiences such as psycho-aromatherapy, colour-tests and Yoga Nidra to aid spiritual and physical healing, calm the mind and encourage creativity. It includes daily mindfulness, mindful running sessions and one-to-one holistic therapy sessions led by Battaglia.
