Mi Sol Journey, the 180 minute signature treatment of the Mi Sol Spa at the InterContinental Sun Peninsula Resort, Danang, Vietnam, has won an award for 'The Holistic Treatment of the Year' in the Destination Deluxe awards.
The Mi Sol concept which was launched earlier this year, was created by global wellness consultancy, Raison d’Etre’s Mi Sol team comprising: Maria Nystedt, Maria Markovic, Michael Simonato and Lee-Ann Galloway who has trained the therapists to perform this signature treatment.
The Mi Sol Journey is a complete signature experience enhanced with frequency therapy from tuning forks which produce sound waves and vibrations that open up energetic pathways and allow a better flow of Qi, the natural life force. The treatment incorporates a detoxifying herbal steam and sauna session to purify and cleanse; a sensory journey for relaxation, with guided Pranayama breathing and aromatherapy; a Rasayana Body Scrub with walnut shells and cinnamon on a warm hamman table; Asian Body Work, a curated blend of Asian techniques for deep, relaxing body therapy; a harmonizing session for the body and mind with vibrations from tuning forks; closing with a special “frequency” refreshment to be enjoyed on the Spa Villa’s terrace.
