German family-run skincare brand Babor launches two innovative toning essences
The two new entrants to the Babor cleansing ritual are Rose Toning Essence and Thermal Toning Essence.
Combined with an effective Anti-OX Complex, Babor states that its Cleansing Essences strengthen the skin’s natural barrier and regulate moisture and lipid levels. They are designed to remove the finest dirt particles, without damaging the skin’s natural protective barrier, using an active complex made up of lemon bio avonoids and extracts of aloe vera.
In addition, the Essences include extracts of broccoli to stimulate the skin to produce its own detoxifying enzymes and specially processed applewater to trigger a natural turbo effect.
Babor uses a flash distillation process to obtain Pyrus malus (apple) fruit water, which absorbs the valuable trace elements and minerals found in apples. It also enables the skin to form tiny channels to absorb active ingredients, which ensures it’s cleansed deep down, and is better able to absorb the active ingredients in subsequent skincare products.
