Field launches SpaPulse

Field launches SpaPulse

SpaPulse.com, a new specialist job listings website dedicated to the spa industry, has been launched by Helena Field.

It is hoped the website will provide a long awaited solution to the spa and wellness industry’s recruitment and job listings struggle. SpaPulse will feature any role within the spa industry, from therapist to receptionist, administration to instructor at both junior and senior management levels.

The specialist job listings site also aims to address the ever-growing industry issue of skills shortages. According to the Global Wellness Institute Report the global spa market is due to grow by an annual rate of 5.66 per cent from now until 2021. This means the industry will need another estimated 400,000 therapists as well as other key skilled spa professionals.

Helena Field, CEO and Co-Founder of SpaPulse, says: “Having had the privilege of being in the industry for 19 years, I’ve got to know a lot of people. Almost every day I’m asked if I know of someone available for a spa job or if I know someone who is hiring. There really didn’t seem to be a ‘one stop shop’ solution where everyone in the industry could go and just know that all the jobs on the market would be available there and so SpaPulse.com was born. We aim to be the hub of the spa job seekers community, offering practical help and advice for those who are looking for their next spa job.”

SpaPulse is not a recruitment agency, but a listings site that spa recruitment agencies can also use to increase their reach. The aim is to ensure all the jobs are in one place, so potential job candidates don’t miss out. At the moment the SpaPulse team will focus primarily on building its UK presence, but hopes to be connecting people up to their dream spa jobs all around the world by the end of the year.
