Finalists have now been announced for the 2023 tpot Shine Your Light industry awards, to be held in London on the 8th of November. First launched in 2019 by tpot founder Michelle Hammond, the awards recognise industry professionals who lead with heart.
Hailed as the people’s awards for contribution, the accolades reward individuals for going above and beyond in the care of their clients, colleagues, and communities. Individuals that shine their light so brightly for others and allow the true beauty of our industry to be seen.

Nominations were welcome from peers, colleagues and the general public throughout the spring and summer of this year. With judges rounds then seeing nominees interviewed and selected by the awards esteemed panel of judges. The panel of expert judges returning to support the awards third year include Beata Aleksandrowicz, Helena Field, Mark Smith, Nigel Franklyn, Paula Perkins, Sunita Passi, and Michelle Hammond.
The London venue for this year’s award ceremony is Refettorio Felix, selected due to its own commitment to supporting the homeless community with dignity and heart. The awards couldn’t happen without our sponsorship support, and this years see’s Temple Spa (a founding sponsor), Fiona Brackenbury, Germaine de Capucinni, Ishga, TriDosha & Wellness Curated amongst those stepping up to make this event possible.
