Relais & Châteaux hotel, Eden Roc Cap Cana in the Dominican Republic, has opened a new 30,000sq ft spa, in partnership with Natura Bissé.
The Solaya Spa & Wellness Centre is the result of a US$2 million renovation programme. It includes 12 treatment rooms with indoor and outdoor cabins, an indoor and outdoor Aqua Garden with a freshwater pool, a dedicated 1,200 sq ft anti-gravity yoga area and a wellness bar with its own range of tropical juices and smoothies.
The spa, which is the first Natura Bissé branded spa in the world, also offers a Swedish sauna, Hammam, rainfall showers and exterior Jacuzzi.
Exclusive to the spa, the Natura Bissé Quirogolf massage is a ground-breaking deep body massage performed with golf balls, using manoeuvres based on four pillars that act in synergy: relaxing, warming the muscles, therapeutic massage and improving flexibility.
Spa director Pedro Castillo says: “We know each face and each body is unique, so our goal is to surpass all expectations for unparalleled results. Guests will leave our brand-new state-of-the-art facilities feeling relaxed, uplifted and rejuvenated.”
