Elemis co-founder, Noella Gabriel, will focus on driving the business in the US in her new role as company president.
Gabriel, who created Elemis with Oriele Frank and Séan Harrington in 1991, has grown the company from a pioneering start-up into a disruptive industry leader, selling in more than 90 countries. She has been promoted from her existing role as Managing Director of the UK, which she has held since 2014.
As well as overseeing and managing the Elemis UK business, Gabriel will now be heavily focused on driving US business and performance. Her intention is to make Elemis a household name in the US; she will drive and support the establishment of a nationwide specialty retail distribution and infrastructure, led from the NYC headquarters and push the US-centric strategic vision forward.
Gabriel has previously been recognised with numerous industry honours. In 2008, she received the CEW Achiever Award. Professional Beauty honoured her Outstanding Contribution to the Industry in 2010, and in 2011 she earned an Inspiration Award for women.
