Germaine de Capuccini has launched a new addition to its Timexpert Hydraluronic collection, the Timexpert Hydraluronic Supreme Sorbet.
This new sorbet is an anti-ageing treatment with an intense, long lasting 24- hour hydrating action. Suitable for dry skin, it smooths the skin from within, gradually restoring plumpness. Enriched with omega 3, 6 and 9 fatty acids, hyaluronic acid and shea butter, this sorbet comforts and intensely nourishes the skin.
The star ingredient of the Timexpert Hydraluronic Supreme Sorbet is Hyaluronic acid which plays a vital role, allowing the skin to maintain hydration thanks to its ability to retain water and to facilitate the transport of nutrients to the cells. Filling the space between the collagen fibres, it also helps to keep the epidermal layers working perfectly and it also sustains them a structural level.
Highly biocompatible polyamino acid- PGA, has a powerful firm forming capacity that protects the skin against dehydration whilst maintaining a healthy pH.
It also stimulates the synthesis and accumulation of natural moisturising factor ingredients; however the real benefit of PGA is its ability to inhibit the activity of the enzyme hyaluronidase, which is responsible for the destruction and degradation of Hyaluronic Acid.
The product also products the skin with ingredient technology such as sulphated glycosaminoglycans otherwise known as sGAGs. They absorb and retain water immediately and permanently and as a result deliver a noticeable improvement to skin’s texture. They also stimulate collagen synthesis and provide a protective shield against environmental contamination and UV induced free radicals.
