Givenchy spa opens in Monaco

Givenchy spa opens in Monaco

The House of Givenchy has opened its first spa at the Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo.

Spa Metropole is Givenchy’s first spa in Monaco and the brand’s third spa worldwide. It offers 10 treatment rooms, each decorated in shades of white, with embossed walls to evoke Haute Couture gowns.

The treatment rooms include two private suites – a double, plus a single equipped with a relaxing chromatherapy bath and private hammam shower. In addition, the spa offers a sauna, caldarium, ice fountain and sensory showers. There is a Technogym-equipped gym and a manicure and pedicure studio by Bastien Gonzalez.

Designed by architect Didier Gomez, Givenchy’s spa is designed to reflect the House’s sophistication with marble finishes and bold black lines. Music was created by Béatrice Ardisson and guests can choose a treatment playlist based on their own musical preferences.

Spa Metropole by Givenchy offers guests two signature treatments, exclusive to Hotel Metropole Monte Carlo, using Givenchy’s Le Soin Noir product range, containing Vital Black Algae Sap Concentrate, a natural age-defying ingredient.

Spa Metropole by Givenchy also offers guests a boutique, selling Givenchy products, perfume and makeup.

The 126-room Hotel Metropole Monte-Carlo was built in 1889 in Belle Époque style and was fully renovated in 2004 under the direction of French designer Jacques Garcia.
