World-leading spa and wellness consultancy, Raison d’Etre, has announced two new appointments to its head office team, with Charlotte Morris coming on board as Trainer and Beata Reder as new HR Assistant.

Charlotte Morris’ career in the wellness industry began in Wales where she worked in several spas across the country. She then decided to combine her love of spa and travel by spending a year as part of the team at Royal Caribbean, before joining the LivNordic team on-board Viking Cruises’ ocean fleet in 2017 where she worked her way up to Spa Manager. Charlotte recently made the move into Raison d’Etre’s training department where her capacity as a Trainer allows her to work closely with LivNordic’s on-board therapists to help them achieve their full potential.

Having already worked within the cruise industry for a decade, Beata Reder joined the HR Staff Administration and Hospitality team for Viking Cruises’ ocean fleet in 2015 where she enjoyed great success in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures. Responsible for crew rotation and manning for all ocean ships, Beata maintained a fluid rotation plan for 2,000 people across six departments. As an experienced HR professional, Beata recently joined the Raison d’Etre team to support manning and recruitment specifically for LivNordic Spas.

Anna-Cari Gund, Managing Director at Raison d’Etre says; “We’re absolutely delighted to welcome Charlotte and Beata into the Raison d’Etre family. They bring a wealth of valuable experience to our dedicated team of wellness professionals and I know they will be vital in helping us to maintain our company’s reputation as a leader in the spa and wellness industry.”
