The Health Club at Goodwood Hotel, part of the prestigious Goodwood Estate in the Sussex Downs, has invested in its fitness equipment and updated its 2,000-member gym facilities.
The 1,725sq ft gym's strength and spinning kit has been upgraded and replaced with a range of Precor equipment including 15 Spinner® RALLY bikes, five Vitality Series Selectorised single station units, and three Vitality Series Selectorised dual use stations. New cardiovascular machines have also been installed, all showcasing the new P82 console.
The health club has also updated the gym’s cardiovascular offering, with the fitness suite now featuring six Experience Series Next-Generation treadmills, three Adaptive Motion Trainers with Open Stride, as well as upright and recumbent bikes. The gym has also benefitted from new flooring, lighting and a paint refresh.
Jen Evans-Brewer, Health Club and Spa Manager at the Goodwood Hotel, said: “Our strength offering in the gym was in need of upgrading. As we have purchased Precor equipment previously and been extremely happy with how it performed and what it offered our guests, we decided to update all the equipment so they could benefit from the new P82 console and a cohesive look across the fitness suite."
The Health Club also features The Waterbeach spa rooms, which offer both traditional and holistic treatments, a swimming pool, sauna, steamroom and whirlpool spa.
