British organic skincare brand, ila, has launched its first UK day spa, at its headquarters in the Cotswolds.
The three-room spa offers a ‘soul nurturing’ holistic therapies. The treatment menu includes stress-relieving full body massages such as Kundalini, Ku Nye and Potali Hot and signature facials including Renewed Recovery, Gold Cellular and Ananda. Quick fix treatments will also be available, offering visible results in minimal time, and the Muladara treatment, a smoking ritual native to India, will be offered to those lacking energy and wishing to increase their ‘inner wisdom’.
Each treatment is accompanied by a complimentary sound healing session with music designed
by ila founder, Denise Leicester. Different body areas are stimulated to respond to vibrations produced by the singing voice at the same frequency as the sounds, restoring natural balance and health.
Leicester says: “It was important for me to create a spa that would release pure energy and vitality. It is the perfect place for guests to rest, relax and reconnect with nature.”
