Looking to improve the Journey experience for their team, clients and guests, Journey has decided to consolidate and simplify their offering under one roof, to help hotels sell and manage experiences online. Journey’s new experience management system, which was previously known as Premier, is being launched early this year, and onejourney will now be called ecommerce platform. Additionally, Gifted and RevSpa will become a part of the ecommerce platform.
As a result, Journey’s branding, the names of their products, and some of their tech will be changed and updated over the next few months.
