Lash Perfect Training Academy, has launched a new series of remote online training courses for therapists. Designed to help participants perfect their skills to carry out a range of lash and brow treatments, the Remote Education Programme offers six courses including, Classic Eyelash Extensions (individual lashes), Russian Eyelash Extensions (volume, multi-lash), Lash Lifts, Hi Brow Laminations, Express Eyelash Extensions and Hi Brow Classic.
All online courses offer the same theory and practical elements as they would in person including health and safety guidance, hygiene, customer consultation, product knowledge, application techniques and treatment procedure.
Led by an expert trainer who covers everything in a live class, participants will also have access to supporting visual aids including photos and videos, for extra assistance. When it’s safe to do so, each course will end with a final training and assessment day at one of Lash Perfect’s venues.
Beverley Piper, founder & director of the Lash Perfect Training Academy said: “We include practice mannequins in the training kit, which means trainees don’t need anyone at home to practice on. They can simply photograph their own work so that the experts can track their progress.”
“We offer an extensive bank of videos and training resources, so it’s very easy to see the treatments broken down step by step. We also provide 20 sets of eyelashes, so each trainee can gain a wealth of experience with the assistance of their trainer. Trainers provide feedback throughout”, explains Beverly.
“Those taking part include many of our existing clients who have chosen to learn a new skill during this time. All trainees have picked up the treatments really well, and have given us some excellent feedback”, concluded Beverly.
Lash Perfect’s remote training courses start from £199 (incl. VAT) and include a Lash Perfect Training Academy Essentials Kit with all the tools and products needed for training, case studies and initial treatments with clients.
