Late bookings service introduced The Spa at Bedford Lodge Hotel

A new late availability booking service has been introduced to the website offering at The Spa at Bedford Lodge Hotel in Newmarket.

The new system has been loaded live from spa software specialists Premier Spa and enables potential spa guests to see late availability on all spa and cosmetic treatments.

Speaking about the new service, Leanna Kew, Spa Manager at The Spa at Bedford Lodge commented: “We are delighted to launch the late availability system onto our spa website. This booking system saves us significant time which can now be spent on developing other areas of the business.”

The new system only displays last minute appointments, so the complete diary for the spa can remain hidden. Once the guest has selected their treatment, reception is instantly alerted and has the option of responding via SMS, enabling the spa to remain in complete control of the booking-in process.

An instore app has also been created for customers to use, so any last-minute additional pampering can be booked with ease.

The app service is provided by gappt, finalist for Business Innovation Of The Year 2016.
