BC Softwear has increased the size of its team with two new appointments, due to continued growth and expansion in the UK and Europe.

 

Henry Battimelli is a new account manager. Having previously worked at Clean Linen Services, he has a grounding in operations and textiles. Henry also previously worked in a strong customer services team, giving him the skills to help build on BC Softwear’s reputation for customer service. 

 

Lorraine Engel has been appointed as Customer Services Manager. Her background has primarily been working within the FMCGsector for the second largest coffee company in the world.

 

She says: “I was excited at the prospect for working for BC Softwear. My experience as a Customer Services Manager will only enhance the excellent customer service that BC Softwear is renowned for. Having being part of a 700-person project for the implementation of a new computer system, going back to being a Customer Services Manager is a breath of fresh air and something I am very passionate about.”

Whilst the business continues to expand, we recognised that it was really important that we didn’t lose focus on this vital part of the BC Softwear ethos.
