Cult beauty brand Lush has opened the world’s largest in-store spa within its new Liverpool retail outlet.
The 1,380 sq m Liverpool store, which opened earlier this month, contains a six treatment room spa as well as a hair salon, a florist and a perfume library with exclusive scents. Handmade fresh products are created onsite and used within the spa’s exclusive treatments.
These treatments include the percussion massage, where clients are treated to a massage that has been choreographed to a soaring orchestral soundtrack of birdsong and folk music, and the Fresh Facial. This speedy half-hour facial sees therapists conjuring up the products in front of client’s eyes before applying them. Also on offer is the innovative Shop Don’t Drop 25-minute floor-based massage.
Set over three floors, with one floor dedicated to the spa, the store retains the brand’s eco-friendly conscience, offering wax-wrapped makeup, Naked shower gels and the best in ‘experiential shopping’.
