Industry veteran joins North Yorkshire’s newest luxury spa
Formerly commercial spa director at The Grand Brighton hotel, Gillian McGraffin has been named spa director at the new Swinton Country Club and Spa in Yorkshire.
The 2,600sq m spa, which opened on the privately-owned Swinton Estate in July of this year, offers nine treatments rooms, swimming and hydrotherapy pools, two steam rooms and two saunas, as well as a 10-metre outdoor natural water swimming pool and hot tub.
McGraffin brings with her a wealth of industry experience, having worked at bareMinerals, looking after 300 accounts across North West England, and before that as spa coordinator and manager for Alton Towers. Her focus has always been ensuring the customer journey from reservation to departing the spa is seamless.
