Myndstream and Universal Companies deliver a new education series for spas designed to help them boost their revenue in 2024

The wellness industry is evolving fast - With new trends and innovation appearing at speed, it can often be hard for spa’s and therapists to keep pace and know where to focus effort or investment to boost revenue.  That’s why Global Wellness Music Provider Myndstream in partnership with Universal Companies, the United States’ largest professional spa and salon supplier, is kicking off the new year with a new content series “Mastermynds” to unpack the hottest trends.  Each episode will be hosted by an industry thought leader who can help spas differentiate from the competition and expand their client offering.

The first episode to be launched on 9th January is from Freddie Moross, founder of Myndstream.  In this episode, Freddie breaks down one of the trends guaranteed to fuel the spa industry in 2024: The multi-sensory experience.  Freddie gives insights into the science behind the physiological effects felt during multi-sensory treatments, and shares practical advice on how to incorporate these elements into any wellness setting. This episode demonstrates the power of music, and shows how Myndstream’ s music streaming service, The Stream, can help therapists personalise treatments to the environment or the client goal, not only enhancing treatments but elevating the entire wellness space.
