New luxury members’ wellness club planned for Edinburgh

New luxury members’ wellness club planned for Edinburgh

PS Sustainable Wellness, which is scheduled to open in 2019, will aim to disrupt the way wellness is currently ‘taught’, and helps guests relearn how to live sustainably and habitually.

The private members’ club will focus on both physical and mental wellbeing, homing in on five key areas of wellness – mental health, fitness, nutrition, spa treatments and remedial and therapeutic bodywork.

Co-Founders and Directors Pamela Griffin and Lynsey MacKenzie share a passion for wellness. Griffin has more than 12 years’ skincare experience, having worked for Voya, Decleor, Carita and Shiseido. MacKenzie has been a massage practitioner for 13 years.

Frustrated by having to access wellness in several different locations they agreed it was time to create a luxury space that offered a positive, sustainable wellness journey all under one roof. It will focus on helping guests to relax and recharge, meditate and motivate, cocooning them in an environmentally-friendly space, offering a true escape from the pressures of daily life. No two wellness journeys will be the same.

Facilities on offer will include eight treatment rooms, a thermal area, a wet area with a swimming pool, relaxation areas and a fitness suite.
