Five new independent training courses have been launched to boost beauty and spa professionals’ skill sets
Global online education training provider, Spa Business Education, which is part of the Raison d’Etre group, has launched a series of new courses. The five courses cover spa finance, marketing, PR and social media, leadership, group dynamics & conflict management and strategic human capital management.
Recognising that industry professionals have different educational needs at any one time, Spa Business Education has selected individual modules from its seven-module Spa Management Program and is offering these as separate specialist training courses.
All the courses are available for online study and take up to three weeks to complete. Each course includes training videos, assignments and tests. Course instructors are all experienced spa professionals from Raison d’Etre, which has set up and run over 120 prestigious spas in more than 60 countries
