NSF takes training online

Natural Spa Factory has launched a new training concept – a series of online training videos that offer in-depth product knowledge and are available 24-hours a day.

The long-awaited online training consists of a series of in-depth product knowledge videos that are available for partner spas to access at any time.


The training is presented by National Sales Manager Lucie Hartley, and Senior Account Manager, Johanna Ormsby and has been introduced to offer partner spas on-demand product training to ensure there is full support when they need it, at a time that suits them, without having to close therapist’s columns or send their team on costly courses.


Each of the videos, which cover the brands’ 10 product collections, is followed by a product quiz.


NSF’s co-owner and co-founder Jeremy Smith says: “One of our biggest frustrations, and the catalyst to create the Natural Spa Factory brand, came from the strict rules and costs laden on spas by product brands. The notion that trained therapists, experts in their field, must retrain to use a different collection of products is often unnecessary. We do understand the value great product knowledge can bring however, and that knowledge will help brand confidence and, as a result, retail and spa revenue.


“Our online training puts the power back in to the spa operator’s hands and ensures therapists are empowered to deliver the absolute best spa experiences they can. Therapist learning can happen in a completely flexible manner – during white space or even as personal learning. Our aim is to give therapists knowledge and confidence.”
