Established, premium Spanish spa skincare, Germaine de Capuccini, responsible for some of the most important breakthroughs in skincare technology, continues to grow its UK team, having recently welcomed Louise Godsil as Business Development Manager for Central England.
Louise brings over 20 years of experience to the role and is a consummate expert with high standards in maintaining customer expectations through first rate levels of service. Coupled with her ability to cultivate strong relationships and her genuine passion for sales, Louise is a strong asset to the Germaine de Capuccini brand.
Louise may be best known to date, for her career with Ellisons Hair & Beauty where she held the initial post of Account Manager North, whereby she provided management with accurate forecasts of sales results with continuous review of forthcoming opportunities. Louise would also liaise with senior personnel to support the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies in line with core objectives, in order to drive business growth.
Following promotion, her subsequent role was as UK National Sales Manager whereby Louise managed a team of 5 Regional Sales Managers in order to create and implement business development plans as well as provide expertise on best practise. Louise worked as part of the NPD team and would also develop opportunities with colleges nationwide.
Louise has strong commercial awareness of the beauty sector, hands on experience whilst also possessing good product knowledge of several differing brands having started her career as a therapist at Ragdale Hall Health Spa, followed by a position for a number of years with Decleor as Business Account Manager before moving to Kiehls as Business Manager. Louise has also been a lecturer at The Sheffield College.
