Premium spa brand, Germaine de Capuccini announces trio of senior appointments

Established, premium Spanish spa skincare, Germaine de Capuccini, responsible for some of the most important breakthroughs in skincare technology, grows its UK team with three key appointments, namely Natalie Perrott as Business Development Manager for the Southern Region, Pamela Griffin as Business Development Manager for Scotland & North England and Amanda Burgoyne as Trainer.


NATALIE PERROTT – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER FOR THE SOUTHERN REGION
The brand was delighted to have welcomed Natalie Perrott as Business Development Manager for the Southern Region towards the close of 2021. Natalie is a consummate expert in her field, having enjoyed past extensive managerial experience with Princess Cruises Worldwide, Champneys and Old Thorns Spa, where she had been trained within Germaine de Capuccini.

Whilst with Champneys Forest Mere, Natalie organised the day-to-day operations of the spa as well as having implemented and developed staff training of treatments, policies and procedures. Whilst working and travelling extensively with Princess Cruises Worldwide, Natalie was accustomed to hitting ambitious sales. Natalie also opened Eforea Spa at Hilton, writing and developing new treatment menus. 


AMANDA BURGOYNE – TRAINER
Germaine de Capuccini is also delighted to welcome to the team, Amanda Burgoyne who has a worked within the 5-star spa market, throughout her esteemed 25-year career.


Amanda comes to Germaine de Capuccini from Spa Voyage where she was responsible for planning and implementing onsite training to their UK wide accounts. This role saw Amanda producing training manuals and treatment menu development, pre-opening training and treatment training.

As a Training & Development Freelance Consultant, Amanda boasted clients such as: Mandarin Oriental, The Sanctuary, Foxhills and St Pancras Hotel. She has also held the post of Account Development Manager & Trainer with ESPA International, delivering to differing teams advanced training.

An all-round spa expert, Amanda has enjoyed the roles of Spa Manager at both Cliveden and The Sanderson. 


PAMELA GRIFFIN – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER FOR SCOTLAND & NORTH ENGLAND
Pamela is the most recent appointment to Germaine de Capuccini, having joined this month (February 2022). A volunteer board member to the UK Spa Association, Pamela joins the Spanish brand from The Thistle Foundation, where she held the post of Wellbeing & Support Team Member. Prior to this, Pamela was a Self-Employed Business Development Manager, responsible for client spend through the sell in of new products for Comfort Zone spas and salons in Scotland. In this role she grew annual turnover within these accounts and trained therapists as well as the front of house team.

Pamela for several years held the post of UK & International Business Development Manager for VOYA Organic Beauty, responsible for the account management of the luxury spa partners. She would identify and pitch for new business, trained therapists and created treatment menus and launch plans for the new accounts secured.
Prior to this Pamela was the Development & Key Account Manager for Decleor Scotland. Responsibilities included: working with board members, spa managers and salon owners to formulate and implement key sales and marketing strategies for business growth.
