Pure Massage co-founder discusses importance of spa and massage

The co-founder of Pure Massage Spa Training Method®, Beata Aleksandrowicz, was recently interviewed for BBC Radio on the power of touch and the importance of spas and massage in the world today.

Drawing on her experience as a therapist and trainer, she talked in-depth to presenter Allison Ferns who introduced Beata as one of the world’s foremost massage therapists. Beata explained how massage can be an incredible tool for change, healing and good health, especially for people who fear or cannot relate in a positive way to touch therapy. She promoted the benefits of massage including improved mood, better sleep and balancing work, life and relationships.

Broadcast on BBC Surrey and Sussex, Allison Ferns also opened the conversation to the audience for a live chat with people relating their experience of massage and how it has helped to change their lives.
