Pure Massage introduces Body Movement

Pure Massage introduces Body Movement

Massage expert and creator of the Pure Massage Spa Training Method, Beata Aleksandrowicz, launches new fully clothed massage ritual

Body Movement Pure Massage is the result of Beata Aleksandrowicz’s research and exploration, fusing the best of eastern and western concepts in body work. The fully-clothed session delivers a modern and effective treatment, which features a series of unique and intensive stretches, without the use of oil.

The treatment can be offered as a 60 or 90-minute session and features a series of intensive stretches. The aim of the treatment is to improve alignment and movement in the body. This involves the application of pressure and introduction of movement to the soft tissue.

The therapy works to improve flexibility and body alignment and boost energy levels. It also helps to increase self-awareness of breathing, emotional responses and protective holding patterns. The treatment is suitable for everyone as the set of stretches is tailor made for each individual.

The session is followed by personalised wellness advice on stretching and movement that clients can do at home, helping to continue the benefits beyond the spa environment.

‘Body Movement Pure Massage is a fully clothed treatment that is designed to offer spas a treatment that can be performed without the use of oil,’ says Aleksandrowicz. ‘It is particularly good for people who sit at a computer all day or for those who are addicted to digital technology and always looking at their mobile devices. Spas love it because it offers great results and increases the treatment options for clients who might not want to undress.’

Body Movement Pure Massage was originally developed for The Lanesborough Club & Spa in London.
