Leading spa and wellness consultancy Raison d’Etre has announced a new ‘Design Thinking’ strategy process to further strengthen the Spa Consultancy and Think Tank’s services and reputation as a pioneer for new ideas and innovations within the industry.

 

Design Thinking is a creative problem-solving process with a human-centred approach at its core that is particularly effective at finding solutions to ill-defined problems. By following the three essential principles of inspiration, ideation and implementation, the process helps businesses to be more imaginative and flexible in their responses to changing trends and consumer values.

 

Raison d’Etre’s new ‘Design Thinking’ strategy aims to help clients develop a deeper understanding of their target audience’s needs for future wellness design projects from the outset, in order to develop the most suitable products, services and internal processes. The spa consultancy will also seek to find the most forward-thinking solutions to potential problems through brainstorming sessions, ongoing experimentation and a hands-on approach to piloting new concepts and ideas.
