Six Senses extends digital at home offer with Six Weeks of Summer experience

Luxury hotel and spa resort, Six Senses has extended its digital offer to include a summer long programme of wellness experiences.


The ‘Six Weeks of Summer’ programme will focus on some of the core values that are integral to the hotel and wellness resort’s onsite offering, including wellness, healthy eating, sustainability and sleep. Attendees that tune in can expect masterclasses in yoga, ways to boost physical and cognitive performance with simple bio hacks, recipes and nutritional hints and tips from Six Senses Executive Chefs and talks on how to upcycle glass bottles into jewellery.


The series will also feature activities specifically designed with children in mind including a kid’s yoga class, and behind the scenes view of Six Senses’ Junior Marine Biology and Junior Eco Warrior programs.


Six Senses popular weekly talks hosted by Wellness Pioneer Anna Bjurstam will continue to take place every Tuesday with leading experts from around the world. On August 11th, best-selling author and celebrity therapist, Marisa Peer, will talk about the ways to reprogram the immune system at a cellular level and share powerful tools to demonstrate that it is possible to rewire one’s thoughts and beliefs to produce life-changing health results. On August 18th, marine biologist and the author of Blue Mind, Wallace J. Nichols, will share how being part of something bigger than oneself really moves people. The talks will conclude on August 25th with sleep specialist Dr. Neil Stanley.


The latest offering from the exclusive hotel chain concludes their ‘At Home with Six Senses’ series which was launched at the height of the COVID-19 lockdown at the end of March, offered guests, followers and friends a daily dose of activities including live chats with experts, cooking, meditation and yoga classes to help individuals build resilience and improve wellbeing.
