Six Senses reveals ‘Grow a New Body’ programme

Six Senses has created its ‘Grow a New Body’ programme, which combines neuroscience and biology with ancient wisdom of shamans.

The programme has been created with a leader in neo-shamanism and energy medicine – which focuses on harnessing the body’s subtle energy system – Dr Alberto Villoldo.

‘Grow a New Body’ will launch this month at selected Six Senses Resorts. It has been created to help guests to look within themselves and enable them to create the emotional, nutritional and spiritual conditions for health and healing.

Anna Bjurstam, wellness pioneer at Six Senses, says: ‘At Six Senses, we believe wellness equals freedom. The step into Sacred Energy Medicine will enable our guests to embrace both what can and cannot be seen, connect with the field of magnetic energy to clear toxic emotions, and ultimately switch on longevity genes to live healthier, longer. It will elevate them further on their path to reconnection and living a life of full potential.

The brand has also announced plans to open Six Senses Össurá Valley in Iceland in 2022. A Six Senses Spa will include a functional fitness centre, yoga studio and comprehensive wellness programming.

Six Senses has also just announced a new location in Costa Rica Located on the 2,300-acre Papagayo Peninsula, the eco-conscious site is scheduled to open in 2021. It will feature 41 pool villas, and a spa and fitness centre with in-depth wellness programmes.
