Six Senses to debut in Cambodia

Six Senses to debut in Cambodia

Six Senses Krabey Island, the brand’s first property in Cambodia, is scheduled to open in December 2018.

The resort’s expansive spa is inspired by the Khmer Kbal Spean River, and will offer a large selection of holistic rejuvenation and beauty treatments alongside the Six Senses Integrated Wellness programme.

The spa incorporates calming ripple effects and light reflections in its design, to mirror the effect of the renowned river, and offers a sauna, herbal steam tent and Jacuzzi as well as a signature spa menu and selection of Cambodian healing treatments. There will also be a fitness centre, daily yoga in the rooftop pavilion, a Crystal Water Room and meditation cave, workshops, detox and sleep programmes. Lastly there will be an Alchemy Bar, where guests create their own natural skin care products using local ingredients.

Set on a 30-acre private tropical island, Six Senses Krabey Island will also feature 40 private pool villas and offer everything from organic farm visits with cooking classes and a night sky observatory to a jungle fitness circuit and open-air Cinema.
