Skincare clinic sk:n has acquired aesthetic skincare chain Destination Skin’s 16 clinics.
The acquisition follows sk:n’s own acquisition by private equity company Tri Span in February. Destination Skin, located in London, Bristol, Manchester and Cardiff, specialises in laser hair removal and advanced skin treatments and rejuvenation techniques.
The acquisition brings the total number of clinics operated by the group to 68, and total annual revenues of approximately £40 million, according to the company. sk:n has announced plans to open new clinics under both brands in the coming months.
sk:n chief executive Darren Grassby says, ‘We’ve admired the Destination Skin brand for a long time. Together, we will be operationally and commercially stronger to innovate and shape the future of the aesthetic skincare market in the UK.
