SpaSeekers, the UK’s longest-standing spa booking agency which will celebrate 35 years in 2024, has augmented its team with the promotion of Natalie Lowe to Head of Marketing and Culture Development and Matt Trutwien to Head of Product for its multiple spa partners. They will be supported by new marketing executive Lucy Alder.

Recognising that consumers want to be fully immersed in their digital experiences, Natalie Lowe will be overseeing the expanding marketing team to create engaging content for its operators which will include photography, video and user generated content via influencer activity. In addition to her marketing role, Natalie will be responsible for overseeing SpaSeekers’ company culture. Having worked at SpaSeekers for almost seven years, Natalie’s new position means she will take on a direct role investing in company processes to create a strong organisational culture built on shared values, behaviours, and stories within the business.

Natalie says; “In marketing, content is king and sometimes static images just don’t cut it- so we will be heading out on the road for regular content creation days to ensure we have an endless supply of fresh, inviting and up-to-date content to showcase our spa portfolio- and with over 500 of them nationwide, we’re going to be busy! As a part of company expansion, we have a skilled team with professional experience in photography and videography to help us showcase these venues in a modern, relatable way.”

Asked about why company culture is an important part of SpaSeekers Natalie states; “We have always been passionate about our people here at SpaSeekers but we have a vision to evolve that and continue to build on creating a memorable and magnetic workplace. With a team of 40 now, we prioritise honesty and transparency and ensure our staff feel “In the loop”. In my new role I want to ensure every member of our team feels valued and has a healthy work environment and habits- wellness is what we do best and that extends to our team!

SpaSeekers continued to invest in the business during the Pandemic to provide its spa partners and customers with a first class service. This included a new website, rebrand and new booking system. The Tesco Clubcard and O2 Priority Rewards contracts are part of the company’s ambitious new development programme to maintain its position as the number one booking partner for UK spas.
