BC Softwear has employed a new business development manager for Scotland, Elaine McDonald.
McDonald joins BC Softwear with a wealth of experience, having worked for Ellison’s for many years. She is also a qualified therapist, giving her valuable insight into the working of the industry for customers.
Barbara Cooke, BC Softwear’s MD, says: “We were aware our business in Scotland required more focus and there were missed opportunities. Elaine is based in Scotland and has extensive knowledge of the spa and salon market having worked at Ellison’s for 18 years. I am delighted to make this appointment, which supports our development plans, as we have recently expanded into new warehouse facilities to meet the needs of the growing business.”
Elaine McDonald says: “I am extremely excited to have joined the BC Softwear team. I’m already enjoying introducing new customers to the vast range of exquisite products we offer and providing ongoing support to our existing customers to help them meet the highest demands of their guests. I can’t wait to see what the year ahead brings.”
Last month BC Softwear also moved to new premises in Maidenhead, Berkshire to ensure stock is replenished quickly and packed even more efficiently. There is also a new showroom designed for customers to see and feel the range of towels and robes on offer.
