Debbie Codron Merdjan, distributor of Thalgo in South Africa for the last 16 years, has been appointed as CEO at Thalgo UK, in a move which broadens the entrepreneur’s International footprint.
As founder of the Camelot Group, Codron-Merdjan has more than 30 years of business experience across various sectors including Education, Spa Franchise and Spa Consultancy and in 2018 was recipient of EY Entrepreneur Of The Year™ Emerging Category.
Under Debbie’s guidance the brand was winner of several industry awards including;
- Best Spa Brand - Global at the 2019 and 2021 Haute Grandeur Global Spa Awards™
- Tripadvisor Travellers Choice 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023
- Corporate LiveWire Global Awards Winner Spa & Wellness Brand of the Year
- Best Spa Brand Global 2023 Haute Grandeur Spa Awards.
Debbie is passionate about business and is an active member of the WPO (Women’s President Business Organization) and task force member of the Global Wellness Institute’s Consulting Best Practices Initiative.
