Nàdarra Spa is home to two infinity pools with commanding views across the estate, a thermal experience including an infrared sauna, Finnish and Himalayan saunas, indoor swimming pool and an aromatherapy steam room. A signature feature of Nàdarra Spa is the spectacular spa garden, in which are two large roll-top outdoor baths where guests can soak up The Coniston’s signature ‘Yorkshire Tea Bath’ experience overlooking the dales, lake and countryside beyond.
The Spa is delighted to now be working with prestigious, French spa brand – Sothys – which has remained exclusively ‘for professional use’ for over 75 years. Sothys intertwine the science of results with natural active ingredients sourced from their very own Les Jardins Sothys (meaning Sothys Gardens) thus emphasising the spa brand’s involvement in sustainable development. With a shared love of the countryside, Nàdarra Spa set within the beautiful Yorkshire Dales and Sothys sustainably managing its 4-hectare site of Les Jardins Sothys within a 26-hectare protected forest reserve, the two are thrilled to launch their partnership together with four new innovative treatments:
- Nàdarra Spa’s Blossom Ritual by Sothys
A sophisticated and nourishing, ritualistic treatment which beings with a back, neck and shoulder massage before an express facial is delivered whilst utilising the delicate fragrances of Asia. From Cherry Blossom to Lotus, all to ensure a completely immersive experience.
- Detoxifying Facial
Designed to defend against environment stresses such as pollution, this incredibly special facial brightens the complexion and re-energises the skin with the use of organic elderberry extracts.
- Hydrating Facial
A high-performance treatment, it combines four sources of hyaluronic acid with two Sothys patented active ingredients, to leave skin feeling in radiant condition, hydrated and softer.
