The new Aromatherapy Associates Wellbeing Experts

The new Aromatherapy Associates Wellbeing Experts

In a bid to help people change their habits and pursue a healthier, more mindful lifestyle, Aromatherapy Associates has announced the creation of a new panel of Wellbeing Experts.

Company founders, Geraldine and Sue, were passionate about improving the health and wellbeing of as many people as possible. The brand is committed to this legacy and has appointed the Wellbeing Experts to help not only its consumers but also its spas, retail partners and internal staff to manage day-to-day stresses.

The panel is made up of six individuals who each specialise in enhancing and nurturing life balance, supporting self-belief and encouraging healthy living. They’ve each been aligned to an Aromatherapy Associates collection connected to their individual beliefs.

Inner Strength – Jonathan Ward & Karuna

Karuna teaches realisation of Human Potential and the ability to actively create our own experiences, drawn from our inner strength. Jonathan will be sitting alongside Karuna as a heart-centred somatic coach, who guides his students into learning to lead with their heart in order to make more fulfilling life choices.

De Stress - Nicola Addison

Nicola has a wealth of experience working in high-pressure environments and is the spokesperson who’ll help drive collaboration between exercise and wellness.

Support - Janet Taras

Janet is an award-winning public speaker and communication strategist. Her teachings focus on elements such as how speaking can enhance your confidence.

Revive - Yvonne Wake

As a health nutritionist and wellbeing and lifestyle coach, Yvonne is the voice to tell us to take better care of ourselves, teaching us to be physically uplifted from the inside out.

Relax - Julie Whitehead

Julie’s teachings are based on the health benefits of Yoga and Laughter. Laughter is known to boost our immune system and relax our whole body.

‘We know we can change how people feel for six to eight hours with our products, now we want to change how people think long-term, and alter their habits, allowing them to lead healthier, more mindful lifestyles,’ says CEO Tracey Woodward. ‘As our lives become busier and our minds get more consumed with finding a work-life balance, our Wellbeing Experts will help with finding clarity and purpose.’
