East Anglia’s luxurious 4 Red Star hotel, The Spa at Bedford Lodge Hotel, has put itself on the map after winning the prestigious title of Hotel of the Year in the Norfolk and Suffolk Tourism Awards.
The awards, hosted by Archant Publishing and sponsored by Hoseasons, brought together businesses from across the sector to celebrate the top tourism firms. Taking place at the Milsoms Kesgrave Hall, more than 250 guests were welcomed to the ceremony with just eleven prestigious awards presented.
Categories ranged from Marketing Campaign of the Year, Staff Training Initiative of the Year, Taste of Anglia Award, and Hotel of the Year.
Sponsored by Ensors Chartered Accountants, the Hotel of the Year category saw The Spa at Bedford Lodge Hotel recognised for its excellence across every business aspect. The category recognises both small and large serviced accommodation businesses which provide truly memorable guest experiences and fantastic customer service, amenities and facilities.
