The annual accolade - which aims to celebrate the people that are making the biggest impact in the beauty and spa market is collated from reader nominations. The list brings together 100 business leaders who between them have created innovative services, built inspirational spa businesses, led associations driving safer practice, and inspired the next generation with outstanding training and creativity.

Warrick, who began his spa career whilst working for Marriott Hotels over 20 years ago, has a hugely successful portfolio of managing staff, recreating spa environments to serve its client base and adding immense value to properties. His journey with Titanic Spa commenced in 2004, when he became involved in the planning stages of converting a traditional textile mill into a destination spa using sustainable measures with a vision for wellness for the planet as well and its people.

Titanic Spa, which celebrates its 15th anniversary this year, is the first of its kind in the UK. The converted mill has eco-credentials like no other and leads the way by example on how to effectively run a sustainable spa business.

On being included in the list, Warrick Burton says; “I am delighted to have been included in the Top 100 list and to be amongst such fabulous company, many of whom provide much inspiration for the contributions that they make to the industry. I enjoy providing a service and prioritise to ensure that my team are well trained and motivated. The rewards come with positive feedback, repeat visits and seeing the transformation with people arriving to Titanic Spa stressed but leaving relaxed, refreshed and gratified. While we are in a situation at the moment when everything has had to be put on hold, we are looking forward to welcoming our guests once again and providing a relaxing environment in the future”.
