The Spa at The Midland has achieved triple award success.
The hotel and spa received two runner up trophies at the 2018 British Hair and Beauty Awards and were also runners up for Luxury Lifestyle Magazine Readers’ Travel Awards in the Best Spa and Wellness Hotel category.
The Spa was also crowned Silver Winner for the prestigious Day Spa of The Year award and the spa’s Director of Spa, Helena Grzesk, was awarded Bronze for Manager of the Year 2018.
She says: “Rewarding the team for little acts of kindness, from surprising a guest with a glass of champagne on a special occasion to remembering the way a guest likes their massage, celebrating name mentions on Trip Advisor and having regular team socials are all ways we create a positive atmosphere in the spa, which allows for better relationships to be developed with the guests.”
