The UK Spa Association (UKSA) is asking for support to help address the dual challenges of recruitment and retention within the UK spa industry.
Currently collating information from spa associations across the globe, the UKSA will be presenting its findings at the Professional Spa and Wellness Convention in February 2017.
To this end, the Association is asking spa owners, managers and operators to complete a short survey to help them better understand the extent of the recruitment challenge in the UK spa industry and identify current best practice.
The organisation then intends to gather the statistics to review the current training and employment pathways available.
