Germaine de Capuccini launches treatments focused on wellness for clients undergoing oncological treatments
Designed to help restore and soothe the mind, body and soul, Germaine de Capuccini has created a menu of face and body therapies, specifically for those undergoing chemical treatments and radiation.
The treatments use products that target skin-related side effects caused by chemotherapy, radiation treatments and other strong medication. They include use of Holistic Black Obsidiana Stones, which are used warm, and White Onyx Stones, which are used ice cool. Used simultaneously, they have the effect of restoring a deep sense of calm together with a release of negative emotions.
Treatments include a Rose and Honey Harmony Facial, Aloe and Mint Cooling Body Therapy and the Phytocare Baobab Body Ritual.
Clients are provided with a special after-treatment card giving more information about maximizing the effects of their treatment and suggesting a small number of appropriate products to help with skin concerns through chemotherapy.
Germaine de Capuccini trained therapists must have a level three qualification to undertake the additional training required to offer these treatments.
