Wellness Pop-Up for London

Wellness Pop-Up for London

Plans have been announced for London’s first wellbeing playground. The wellness pop-up will set up camp at Ecclestone Yards in Belgravia from September 7th to 15th.

The free, urban spa, will feature the latest wellness trends including bio-hacking (making changes to your lifestyle in order to change your body’s biology), nootropics (supplements that improve cognitive function), urban nature bathing and touch-screen chromo-therapy (colour therapy).

Created by Bompas & Parr, the spa claims to be able to rejuvenate visitors in just 30 minutes. Attractions include a pink waterfall, enriched with energising minerals and extracts of raspberry leaf, vitamin-infused and aromatherapy-scented pebbles and a perpetual infrared sunset.

There will also be a timetable of various workshops including meditation classes with Re:Mind, Q&A’s from some of London’s top trainers and an electrolyte Aqua Bar, serving water-based cocktails. It is claimed everything at the Wellbeing Playground will help boost endorphins and stimulate vitamin D production.

Bompas & Parr says: “This project is the culmination of a year of research into how an architectural space can give you the blissed out feeling of a full holiday in under an hour.”
